Strength of Schedule:

Auburn is (7-4) with wins over #6 Washington, Alabama State, Arkansas, Southern Mississippi, Ole Miss, #20 Texas A&M, and Liberty.  They were defeated by #12 LSU, Mississippi State, Tennessee, and #5 Georgia.

Alabama is a perfect (11-0) with victories over Louisville, Arkansas State, Ole Miss, #22 Texas A&M, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, #3 LSU, #16 Mississippi State, and The Citadel.

Betting Trends:

-Auburn is 5-5 against the spread this season while Alabama is 7-3.

-Auburn is 2-8 against the over/under this season whereas Alabama is 6-4.

Bottom Line:

I expect Alabama to come out with revenge on their minds after being upset in last year’s Iron bowl.  This year, Alabama has the Heisman Trophy favorite Tua Tagovailoa who is on pace to set the single season record for passing efficiency.  Alabama has been steamrolling the competition as their smallest margin of victory has been 22 points.  The Crimson Tide have too many playmakers and a defense that has allowed 9.6 points per game over their last five games.

Alabama wins 33-13
