Summary:
Houston holds a commanding (3-1) lead after their 113-109 victory on the road in game four. This series has been very close as all but one game has been decided by four or fewer points. Houston is averaging 114.8 points per game for the series while Oklahoma City is averaging 105.0. James Harden was off in game four Nene was terrific for Houston shooting a perfect 12-12 from the field. Harden has averaged 33.0 points, 7.8 assists, and 6.0 rebounds in the four games. Russell Westbrook has been sensational for Oklahoma City averaging 35.0 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 11.3 assists per game. The Thunder’s struggles with Russell Westbrook on the bench have plagued them all series. The Rockets depth has been on full display as they have eight players averaging at least 7.0 PPG in the playoffs. Oklahoma City failed to take advantage of Harden’s poor shooting performance in game four and I expect him to bounce back sending Rockets into round two.
