Summary:
These teams are very evenly matched statistically though the Yankees just traded away arguably the two of the best relief pitchers in all of baseball. In a limited sample size Yankees starter Masahiro Tanaka has held Mets batters to just a .206 average against. Shockingly Yankees hitters are batting .341 against Mets ace Jacob DeGrom. This should be a low scoring game with two excellent pitchers throwing. I like the Yankees to win this one on the road because of their prior success against DeGrom.
