Summary:

The Bills are riding high having won four of their last five games.  Buffalo hosted the Oakland Raiders on Sunday and soundly beat them 34-14.  The Raiders outgained the Bills 367-331 in total yardage but were done in by four turnovers.  Tyrod Taylor was 20-27 for 165 yards and a touchdown.  Taylor also had a rushing touchdown.  Lesean McCoy had a huge game with 27 carries for 151 yards and a touchdown.  The Bills defense was lights out holding one of the league’s best offenses to just 14 points.  Buffalo (+38) ranks 7^th in the NFL. In point differential.

The Jets are floundering having lost three straight games.  The Jets hosted the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday and were defeated 25-20.  The Jets have allowed the opposition to exceed 20 points in each game during their losing streak.  The Falcons outgained the Jets 386-279 in total yardage.  Josh McCown was 26-33 for 257 yards and two touchdowns.  The Jets had very little success running the ball 22 times for 43 yards (2.0 average).  The Jets (-29) rank 25^th in the NFL in point differential.

Bottom Line:

The Bills defeated the Jets 21-12 at home in their match-up earlier this season.  While the score was relatively close, Buffalo nearly doubled the Jets in total yardage and time of possession.  Buffalo’s defense has been tremendous all season holding all but one opponent to under 20 points.  I expect the Bills to keep rolling with another victory Thursday night.
