Summary:
Green Bay is red hot going into the playoffs riding a six-game winning streak. The Packers are averaging 30.8 points per game during their winning streak and quarterback Aaron Rodgers is back to playing at an elite level. The Giants are (3-2) in their last five games and have failed to reach 20 points in any of those games. In fact, the Giants offense has really struggled all season failing to score 30 points in any game. They will have to rely heavily on their defense which ranks second in fewest points allowed (17.8).
Green Bay was (6-2) at home this season while New York was just (4-4) on the road. The Packers defeated the Giants 23-16 earlier this season at Lambeau Field. The Packers have a huge advantage in terms of turnover margin and that is one of the biggest factors that has sparked their recent turnaround. The Giants have been snake-bitten by turnovers all year and quarterback Eli Manning has been known to turn the ball over at inopportune times. With the Giants struggling to score, they will need a heck of a performance by their defense to have a chance in this one. Green Bay’s offense is rolling right now and should lead them to victory in this one.
