Summary:
The majority of the statistics favor Villanova but only by a slight margin. Both teams have six players that average at least 7.0 points per game so there is balanced scoring throughout. Villanova features Josh Hart who is one of the best players in the country. Hart is averaging nearly 20-7-4 on a nightly basis while shooting 56% from the field and 41% from three. Villanova has more size and should be able to control the interior. Both teams shoot well from the perimeter and score at a high rate of efficiency. Because this is a home game for Butler I think it’s going to be really close. Ultimately, Villanova has the better team and the best player on the court so I think they’ll squeak by with a solid road win.
