Summary:

San Antonio is (7-3) in their last ten games while Utah is just (5-5).  The Spurs have won five of their last six head to head games against the Jazz.  Utah has struggled offensively against the Spurs failing to score 100 points in all but one of those games.  Defensively the Jazz are excellent leading the NBA in fewest points allowed per game (96.5).  Rudy Gobert has emerged as the league’s premier rim protector.  Beyond Gordon Hayward the Jazz don’t have many players that can create their own shot so they average just a tick over 100 points per game.  The Spurs are rolling right now and Kawhi Leonard is a legitimate MVP candidate averaging 25.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game.  “The Crowd” is currently projecting the Spurs to score 114.5 which is disrespecting Utah’s defense.  I like Utah to easily cover the current (-16.3) spread but the Spurs should win this one at home.
