Summary:
Toronto is now (3-2-0) after a 27-24 victory over the Ottawa Redblacks. The Argonauts were able to withstand a 15-point Ottawa explosion in the 4th quarter to secure the victory. Argonauts quarterback Ricky Ray completed 40-55 passes for 367 yards and 2 touchdowns. Toronto’s defense was able to force three turnovers in the victory. Saskatchewan is (1-3-0) after getting destroyed 27-10 by the Calgary Stampeders. Calgary jumped on the Roughriders quickly taking a 17-0 lead into halftime. Saskatchewan was out-muscled at the line of scrimmage as Calgary running back Jerome Messam compiled 135 rushing yards and a touchdown. Calgary controlled the clock and had the ball for nearly eight minutes more than Saskatchewan. Toronto is playing really well right now and should be able to beat Saskatchewan on the road.
