Points per game: Eagles 25.1 (10th) > Seahawks 21.4 (tied for 21st)

Turnover margin: Eagles +6 > Seahawks +4

Fewest yards allowed per game: Eagles 323.0 (tied for 3rd) > Seahawks 338.4 (9th)

Fewest Points allowed per game: Seahawks 17.6 (2nd) > Eagles 17.8 (tied for 3rd)

Summary:

After starting the season (3-0) Philadelphia has lost four of their last six games.  Eagles rookie quarterback Carson Wentz has shown flashes of brilliance but he has struggled as of late.  Wentz has only thrown two touchdown passes in his last five games while turning the ball over six times.  The Seahawks have one of the premier defenses in the league and should be able to take advantage of the rookie quarterback.  Seattle has only lost once in their last seven games so they are playing pretty well.  The absence of running back Thomas Rawls has created a void in the Seahawks offense so they are becoming overly reliant on quarterback Russell Wilson to make plays.  I think Seattle’s defense will force a few turnovers and they will win this one at home.
