Summary:
Both teams are playing fairly well going (6-4) in their last ten games. These teams have split their last ten head to head games against one another. Obviously, the departure of Kevin Durant has hurt Oklahoma City in a number of different areas. Their perimeter shooting ranks among the worst in the league and that could spell trouble against a top five defense team in Memphis. Russell Westbrook is having one of the best seasons in NBA history averaging a triple-double, but he isn’t getting much help on a nightly basis. Memphis destroyed Oklahoma City 114-80 at home in their last match-up but I expect this one to be much closer. The Grizzlies are excellent defensively and capable of shutting down any opponent on a given night. I think Westbrook will get his points albeit inefficiently in a Grizzlies win.
