Summary:
Golden State is (9-1) in their last ten games while Memphis is just (5-5). The Warriors own one of the NBA’s best home records at (9-1) whereas Memphis is just (9-7) on the road. The offensive statistics for Memphis are a bit misleading because they have played the majority of their games without Mike Conley and Chandler Parsons healthy. Golden State is the highest scoring team in the league by far at over 117 points per game. The Warriors defense has been better than expected and surprisingly Kevin Durant is among the league leaders in blocked shots. Golden State has won six of the last seven head to head games although the Grizzlies won the last meeting 110-89 in Memphis. The physical play of Memphis can cause problems for the weak interior defense of the Warriors. If Golden State is shooting well from the perimeter then they should win easily because Memphis really struggles to score points.
