Strength of Schedule:
Florida is (4-1) this season with wins over U-Mass, Kentucky, Vanderbilt and North Texas. Their only loss came on the road against ranked Tennessee. LSU is (3-2) with wins over Jacksonville State, Mississippi State, and Missouri. They were defeated by Auburn and a ranked Wisconsin team.
Summary:
LSU fired head coach Les Miles after getting off to a rough (3-2) start when they were expected to contend for a national championship. Star running back Leonard Fournette is injured and LSU’s passing game has been a complete joke this year. LSU’s defense is loaded with NFL prospects but they have been susceptible to the pass. Florida relies heavily on their defense as well which ranks as one of the five best units in the country. Florida has had success in the passing game and could take advantage of some holes in the secondary. Without Fournette sitting out, I like Florida to win this one at home.
