Summary:

Liverpool is (2-2-1) in their last five matches while Manchester United is currently riding a nine-game winning streak.  Liverpool will be without their leading scorer Sadio Mane who is on international leave.  Mane has been Liverpool’s best player by a long stretch so far this season and they’ll certainly miss his pace and finishing up top.  Liverpool will get Phillippe Coutinho back but they will have trouble against a Manchester United defense that has allowed the third fewest goals.  Some of the results don’t due justice how poorly Liverpool’s form has been of late, and Manchester United is playing lights out.  I like Manchester United to win by two goals at home.
