Points per game: Duke 84.5 PPG > Louisville 75.6 PPG

Points allowed per game: Louisville 61.9 > Duke 65.9 PPG

Rebounds per game: Louisville 41.8 > Duke 39.0

Assists per game: Duke 14.2 > Louisville 13.8

Summary:

Both teams are (3-2) in their last five games.  Duke has a significant advantage in terms of scoring where they average nearly ten points more per game than Louisville.  The Cardinals are one of the better defensive teams in college basketball holding the opposition to just a shade over 60 points per game.  Louisville is a top five team in field goal percentage defense so Duke will have to share the ball to get quality shots.  Offensively, Duke is a juggernaut with five players averaging double digits compared to just three for Louisville.  Louisville will have to force a ton of turnovers if they want to win this game because they struggle to score in a basic half-court offense.  Because Duke does a good job at taking care of the ball I think they will be able to put up enough points to knock of Louisville on the road.
