Points allowed per game: Montreal 20.7 (2nd) > Calgary 26.7 (5th)

Summary:
This game features the league’s highest scoring offense in Calgary (34.3 PPG) against the lowest in Montreal (17.3 PPG). Calgary is (2-0-1) after blowing out Winnipeg 29-10 on the road. Stampeders quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell threw for 332 and a touchdown though he also had two interceptions. Mitchell is tied for second in the CFL with six touchdown passes on the season. Calgary’s defense forced three turnovers in the victory. Montreal is now (1-2-0) on the season after falling 23-16 to the BC Lions. Montreal had trouble containing Jeremiah Johnson who compiled 102 total yards and two touchdowns. Montreal’s defense will have to step up big time to slow down the explosive Calgary offense. If Montreal can hold Calgary under 25 points they have a shot but I just don’t see that happening.
