Summary:
Ohio State has played an easy schedule so far but they have looked absolutely dominant so far. The Buckeyes easily boast one of the most talented teams but they are very inexperienced. Quarterback J.T. Barrett has looked excellent distributing the ball all over the field while minimizing his turnovers. Ohio State is rushing for over 300 yards a game which is incredible but against poor competition. The Buckeyes defense has been phenomenal forcing a ton of turnovers but they will face their first real test this weekend.
Oklahoma suffered a disappointing loss to Houston in week one where their defense was shredded by big plays. Quarterback Baker Mayfield looks just as strong as ever posting huge numbers. Oklahoma’s defense has been stout against the run but awful at defensing the pass. Expect Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer to reach out to his former buddy Tom Herman (Houston’s coach) on a game-plan. I like Ohio State to win this one on the road.
