Summary:

UCLA is (4-3) against ranked opponents this season while Kentucky is (4-4).  Kentucky has only averaged 72.0 points per game for the tournament but have held the opposition to 66.0 points.  UCLA, by comparison, are averaging 88.0 points per game in the tournament.  The Bruins are easily the most potent offensive team in college basketball with six players averaging double digit points.  UCLA leads the nation in points per game (90.2), field goal percentage (52.1%), and assists (21.6).  Kentucky is the better defensive team and have a slight advantage rebounding.  Wildcats guard Malik Monk is perhaps the best pure scorer in the country.  UCLA ranks 4th in three-point shooting (40.6%) and have a clear advantage in that category.  UCLA defeated Kentucky 97-92 on the road earlier this season.  Kentucky has the athleticism but will have to play their best defensive game to slow down the high-powered Bruins.  I think the depth and offensive efficiency for UCLA will be too much for Kentucky to overcome.
