On Thursday, February, 18th at 8:00 P.M. the (27-25) Chicago Bulls will be on the road to take on the (38-14) Cleveland Cavaliers. “The Crowd” projects a final score of Cavaliers 107.5 – Bulls 97.4 with an over/under of 204.9.  The Cavaliers enter the game with a (22-4) home record while the Bulls are (11-15) on the road.

Point differential: Cavaliers +6.0 (4th) Bulls-0.7 (15th)

Points per game: Cavaliers 102.9 (8th) Bulls 101.2 (17th)

Points allowed per game: Cavaliers 96.9 (4th) Bulls 101.9 (tied for 16th)

Field Goal Percentage Offense: Cavaliers 45.7% (9th) Bulls 43.5% (27th)

Three Point Percentage: Bulls 35.9% (8th) Cavaliers 35.8% (9th)

Free Throw Percentage: Bulls 78.2% (11th) Cavaliers 72.6% (26th)

Field Goal Percentage Defense: Bulls 43.1% (2nd) Cavaliers 44.4% (12th)

Turnovers committed per game: Cavaliers 12.8 (8th) Bulls 13.7 (tied for 13th)

Turnovers forced per game: Cavaliers 13 (25th) Bulls 11.3 (tied for 29th)

Rebounds per game: Bulls 47.9 (1st) Cavaliers 44.8 (8th)

Assists per game: Cavaliers 22.3 (12th) Bulls 21.9 (14th)

The Cavaliers are (8-2) in their last ten games whereas the Bulls are just (3-7).  The Cavaliers hold the advantage in most of the statistical categories.  The Bulls will be without two of their best players in Jimmy Butler and Joakim Noah.  I expect the Bulls to still compete defensively but ultimately don’t have the firepower on offense.  The Cavs have been excellent at home this season and I expect them to win comfortably on Thursday.
