Statistics (9 total teams):

Edmonton finished the season (14-4) and were crowned champions of the 2015 season.  Ottawa finished as the runner up after a (12-6) regular season.  Ottawa was (5-4) on the road last season whereas Edmonton was (8-1) at home in 2015.

Edmonton had a point differential over 100 while Ottawa was just (+10).  Edmonton was 3rd in points per game (25.9) and 1st in points allowed per game (18.9) last season.  Ottawa was 4th in points per game (25.8) and 5th in points allowed per game (25.2).

Summary:

In a rematch of last season’s Grey Cup Edmonton will look to again prove they are the CFL’s best team.  Ottawa has the best quarterback in the league in Henry Burris who passed for over 5,000 yards and 26 touchdowns last season.  Edmonton relies on a more balanced offensive attack to go along with their stingy defense.  Edmonton plays really well at home and have the best defense in the CFL so I’m picking them to win Saturday.
