Summary:

Cleveland now holds a (2-0) series advantage after blowing out the Celtics in Boston twice.  This game truly looked like the varsity against the JV as the Cavaliers had a 41-point half-time lead en route to a 130-86 victory.  Cleveland is now a perfect (10-0) in the post-season.  The Cavaliers shot nearly 57% from the field and each member of their “big 3” had at least 20 points.  The Celtics were held to just 37% shooting and lost their star point guard Isaiah Thomas to injury in the first half.  This series was already looking very lopsided, but Thomas accounts for over 30% of the Celtics offense scoring and distribution wise, so they can’t afford to lose him.  Boston’s lack of size and rim protection was on full display again as the Cavaliers outrebounded them 45-39 and got whatever they wanted offensively.  For the playoffs, Cleveland is averaging 116.3 points per game while allowing 102.9.  Boston is averaging 105.5 points per game and allowing 106.1.  Cleveland should win big at home and hindrance to Thomas’s health could make it another huge blowout.
