Summary:

Atlanta is (5-5) in their last ten games while Indiana is just (4-6).   The Hawks have gotten the better of this match-up going (7-3) in their last ten head to head games with the Pacers.  Both teams have something to play for as they are still battling for playoff seeding in the Eastern Conference.  These teams are very evenly matched but Indiana is clearly the better perimeter shooting team.  Atlanta doesn’t have a player the caliber of Paul George but the sum of their parts is better than Indiana if everyone is playing well.  The Pacers do a better job of limiting turnovers though Atlanta leads the NBA in turnovers forced (14.8).  Indiana is (28-12) at home this season whereas Atlanta is (20-20) on the road.  If Indiana can keep their turnovers down and limit Atlanta’s transition scoring, they should win this one at home.
