Summary:

North Carolina was (6-4) against ranked opponents this season while Butler was (6-2).  North Carolina is averaging 87.5 points in their two tournament wins whereas Butler is averaging 75 points.  North Carolina leads the nation in rebounding (43.8) and should kill Butler on the glass.  Butler (32.2) ranks 323rd in the nation in rebounding.  To make up for their lack of size Butler will have to shoot lights out from the perimeter.  Butler doesn’t turn the ball over much (10.2 TPG) so they should be able to limit the transition opportunities for the Tar Heels.  North Carolina’s size and length will allow them to get easy buckets on the interior.  North Carolina really spreads the wealth offensively with 5 players averaging at least two assists per game.  Ultimately, I think North Carolina is too potent offensively for Butler to keep up with.
