Assists per game: Kentucky 18.0 > Kansas 17.5

Summary:

Each of these two teams rank as top 20 in terms of points per game, so I expect a high scoring affair.  Kansas just had their 18 game winning streak end at West Virginia while Kentucky lost their 7 game winning streak at Tennessee.  Kentucky has three wins against ranked opponents this season (Michigan State, UNC, South Carolina) whereas Kansas has just one (Duke).  Although Kentucky is the more prolific team offensively, these teams are very evenly matched in nearly every category.  Both teams are deep and have four players that average double figures in scoring.  Kentucky averages nearly 8 points per game more than Kansas and also force 3 turnovers more per game.  The Wildcats have scored over 80 points in their last eight games while Kansas has failed to in their last three. Kentucky has only lost one game at home this season so I like them to win a shootout on Saturday.
