The Crowd:

“The Crowd” projects a final score of Seahawks 27.8 – Rams 17.6 with an over/under of 45.3.  The Vegas Line has a final score of Seahawks 26.8 – Rams 12.8 with an over/under of 39.5.

2016-17 Statistics (32 total teams):

Yards per game: Seahawks 357.6 (13th) > Rams 286.2 (32nd)

Points per game: Seahawks 21.1 (22nd) > Rams 14.9 (32nd)

Turnover margin: Seahawks 0 > Rams -11

Fewest yards allowed per game: Seahawks 330.2 (8th) > Rams 340.5 (10th)

Fewest Points allowed per game: Seahawks 17.8 (4th) > Rams 23.5 (19th)

Summary:

Los Angeles comes into the game in a complete tailspin losing eight of their last nine games.  Seattle suffered a tough loss in Green Bay on Sunday, but are playing reasonably well winning four of their last six games.  Russell Wilson threw a career high five interceptions in the loss.  Many people would be shocked to learn that the Rams have actually won the last three head to head games with Seattle.  I think this will be a low scoring game so I would go with the under on the 45.3 that “The Crowd” is currently projecting.

This is a dangerous game for Seattle against an opponent that has given them some trouble.  Rams rookie quarterback Jared Goff has really struggled completing just 55.1% of his passes.  Goff has seven turnovers in the four games he has started which all resulted in L.A. losses. The Rams average the fewest amount of points in the NFL and I don’t think they will be able to score enough to win in Seattle.
