Rushing defense: Oklahoma 132.4 YPG > West Virginia 156.0 YPG

Turnover Margin Per Game: West Virginia 0.0 > Oklahoma -0.3

Strength of schedule:

Oklahoma is (8-2) with wins over Baylor, Louisiana Monroe, TCU, Texas, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Kansas, and Iowa State.  They were defeated by Houston and Ohio State.  West Virginia is (8-1) with wins over Missouri, Youngstown State, BYU, Kansas State, Texas Tech, TCU, Kansas, and Texas.  Their lone defeat came on the road against Oklahoma State.

Summary:

Oklahoma has now won seven straight games after crushing ranked Baylor at home last week.  The Sooners possess one of the best offensive attacks in the country ranking in the top ten in scoring offense.  West Virginia has a top 25 defense but will have their hands full with all the Oklahoma weapons.  Both defenses are vulnerable through their air so this will likely be a high scoring shoot-out.  West Virginia must win this game handily if they want any shot to be in the College Football Playoff this season.  I think Oklahoma has too much firepower on offense and will ultimately win this one on the road.
