Rushing defense: USC 161.6 YPG > Oregon 234.8 YPG

Turnover Margin Per Game: Oregon +0.1 > USC 0.0

Strength of schedule:

USC is (5-3) with wins over Utah State, Arizona State, Colorado, Arizona, and California.  Their losses came against Alabama, Stanford, and Utah.  Oregon is (3-5) with wins over UC Davis, Virginia, and Arizona State.  They were defeated by Nebraska, Colorado, Washington State, Washington, and California.

Summary:

USC enters the game having won four straight and clicking on all cylinders.  Sam Darnold has taken over at quarterback and been tremendous for the Trojans. Darnold has completed over 67% of his passes with 18 touchdowns to only 3 interceptions.  Trojans receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is having another excellent season and figures to be a high draft selection. Turnovers were a problem for USC early in the year but they have replicated the problem during their winning streak.  Oregon comes into the game having lost four of their last five and looking lost.  They are putting up huge point totals and rate as a top 20 scoring team.  The Ducks defense has been horrible rating as one of the five worst in college football.  I like USC to win this one at home.
