Rushing defense: NC State 91.0 YPG > Clemson 133.2 YPG

Strength of schedule:

Clemson is (6-0) with wins over Auburn, Troy, South Carolina State, Georgia Tech, Louisville, and Boston College.  NC State is (4-1) with wins over William & Mary, ODU, Wake Forest, and Notre Dame.  Their only defeat was a three point loss on the road at East Carolina.

Summary:

Clemson has faced a formidable schedule thus far and have won every game.  The Tigers started the season slow but have really found their groove even knocking off a top 5 team in Louisville.  NC State has played a cupcake schedule so far and that may have something to do with their impressive statistics they have compiled.  Their only impressive win was against Notre Dame but I doubt they win that gave if not for the hurricane conditions.  Clemson is the superior team and should win this game comfortably at home.
