Summary:

Arizona has really scuffled early in the season after dominating for most of last year.  Their quarterback Carson Palmer is questionable with a concussion but head coach Bruce Arians is optimistic that he will play.  San Francisco has gotten off to a predictably slow start and still have major question marks at the quarterback position.  The 49ers have been one of the worst defensive units in the league thus far.  A banged up Arizona team should still have enough talent on both sides of the ball to win this one on the road.
