These teams are very evenly matched so I expect a close game.  Both teams rely heavily on the running game, decent quarterback play, and a strong defense.  I think the Jets are stronger on both sides of the ball especially in the trenches.  Buffalo will be without their number one weapon, wide receiver Sammy Watkins.  The Bills will lean on running back LeSean McCoy to carry them against a stout front seven.  I think Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick will limit turnovers and make just enough plays to pull this one out on the road.
