Summary:
Pittsburgh is depleted of offensive weapons Le’Veon Bell and Martavis Bryant, both of whom are serving suspensions. Fortunately, the Steelers will have star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and all-pro receiver Antonio Brown. Back-up running back DeAngelo Williams has proven he can carry the workload in Bell’s absence. The Steelers are expected to have an even better defense than last year with cornerback remaining a question mark.
Washington had a very good season a year ago but you have to wonder how much better this team can get with Kirk Cousins peaking. They have a stud tight end in Jordan Reed and they were able to lure all-pro corner Josh Norman from the Panthers. The Steelers are the better team on paper and I think they will win a close one on the road.
