On Friday, August 26th, at 10:00 P.M. the (0-0) Hawaii Warriors will take on the (0-0) California Golden Bears in Australia. This is the inaugural game of the 2016-17 NCAA Football season.

Summary:
Obviously losing #1 overall pick Jared Goff is a huge loss for Cal’s explosive offense but they are returning their top three rushers and most of their offensive line. Hawaii has some playmakers on offense so they should put up some points on a Cal defense that impresses nobody. Ultimately Cal should be able to dominate in the trenches and run all over the much smaller Hawaii defense. I’m taking Cal by double digits in this one.
