On Saturday, March, 19th at 7:45 P.M. the (9) Connecticut Huskies will take on the (1) Kansas Jayhawks in the second round of the 2016 NCAA Basketball Tournament.  “The Crowd” projects a final score of Kansas 75.3 – Connecticut 73 with an over/under of 148.3.  The Vegas line has a final score of Kansas 74 – Connecticut 66 with an over/under of 140.   The Huskies are (24-10) on the season while the Jayhawks are (30-4).

Kansas has the advantage in most of the major statistical categories.  Connecticut has some impressive numbers defensively and they are really well coached.  UConn has just one signature win over a ranked team: SMU.   Kansas has signature wins over eight ranked teams: Vanderbilt, Baylor (three times), Oklahoma (twice), Kentucky, Iowa State, Texas, and West Virginia (twice).  I like Kansas to win one that may be closer than people think.

Note: To be eligible to enter a Crowd’s Line contest you must be over 18 years of age, a resident of the United States/Canada, and submit your score prediction on our prediction tool (blog widget).
