Summary:

The 99th Open Championship will tee off at Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Quail Hollow will be 7,500 yards long for the PGA Championship and with par being 70.  Quail Hollow definitely favors long hitters but they also have to be accurate to post a low score.  Jimmy Walker (+10000) will look to defend his PGA Championship title from a year ago but is seen as a longshot.  Dustin Johnson (+1200) enters as the World #1 with the 4th best odds of winning the tournament.  Rory McIlroy (+700) is the odds-on favorite to win the tournament.  McIlroy has already won the Wells Fargo tournament twice at Quail Hollow including when he shot a course record 61 in 2015.  Hideki Matsuyama (+1100) is the most recent winner on the PGA Tour taking home the Bridgestone Invitational trophy.  Masters winner Sergio Garcia (+1600), U.S. Open champion Brooks Koepka (+2800), and Open Championship winner Jordan Spieth (+800) will attempt to take home their second major of the 2017 season.  Recent winners of the PGA Championship include Walker in 2016, Jason Day (+2800) in 2015, McIlroy in 2014, and Jason Dufner (+10000) in 2013.
