In game one of their series the six seed (42-40) Dallas Mavericks will be on the road to take on the three seed (55-27) Oklahoma City Thunder in the first round of the 2016 NBA Playoffs. The game will be played on Saturday, April, 16th at 9:30 P.M. Eastern Time. “The Crowd” projects a final score of Thunder 104 – Mavericks 98.7 with an over/under of 202.6. The Thunder enter the game with a (32-9) home record while the Mavericks are (19-22) on the road.

Entering the playoffs, the Mavericks are (7-3) in their last ten games whereas the Thunder are (5-5). The Thunder hold a slight advantage in nearly all of the major statistical categories. Dallas and Oklahoma City have split their last ten games head to head. Dallas is a veteran team who really takes care of the ball but I think Oklahoma City’s athleticism will give them problems. This should be a close game but I like Oklahoma City to win at home.
